Stay On Track During Quarantine

Most of us are in self-quarantine with limited access to being outside which puts a damper on continuing to practice or staying competitive in sports. But not to worry, here is a compiled list of snacks you can eat to stay on track during this quarantined time. Enjoy!

1st and 10th Tee Energy Bars: My absolute favorite energy bars on and off the course. They keep me fueled for the day and they all taste great!

Trail Mix: A good mixture of protein, fat and fiber and such a great snack throughout the day.

Fruits: Any fruits that you love are always a great healthy snack and alternative to a sugary snack. Oranges are great for this time for vitamin C to boost your immune system during these times! You can always pair some fruits with peanut butter for an extra source of protein, fiber and potassium.

Veggies with hummus: One of my favorite snacks on a daily basis!

Any vegetable with hummus is a great snack at any time of the day.

Cottage Cheese (optional with fruits): I know this may be a hit or miss but give it a try! It is really good for you and it helps if you add some fruit in the mix.

Chocolate Milk: Great for post workouts and keeping your bones healthy.

Avocado toast with whole-grain bread: Love avocado and guacamole. It's a great idea to pair it with a slice of whole-grain bread. It can be a snack or a meal.

Sweet potatoes: The perfect post-workout snack. Sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins and nutrients, including vitamins B6, C, D, iron, magnesium, and potassium. You can slice the potatoes and add some oil, salt and pepper and have great tasting sweet potato fries.

Turkey and Cheese roll-ups: If you're looking for a little more hearty snack. This is a great combination to keep you energized.

1st Tee Cracked Pepper Jerky: Really enjoy the 1st Tee’s Cracked Black Pepper Jerky! Doesn't disappoint.

Remember to stay hydrated, healthy and keep washing your hands during these times. Stay safe everyone!
